Map of ecological risk

Ecological risk is the index of probability of unfavorable or undesirable change in the ecosystem induced by certain kind of forest use. Ecological risk in the forest sites of the GMFA is evaluated, classified and mapped taking into account steepness of slopes, thickness of litter and duff, and drainage of rock. Almost all types of forest use are assessed based on their impact on the environment.
