Assessment of most effective possible functions of the forest stands of the GMFA, and drafting of the cadaster of the forest lands

Assessment of most effective possible functions of forest stands has been performed in marks of 3, 5 and 7-marks’ scales. These possible functions are: producing timber, social use and environmental importance. The goal of this assessment is to provide rational, environmentally safe and socially indisputable placing of forest users in the area of the GFMA for optimal use of its multy-resource potential. The methodological framework for the draft Forest Land Cadaster is developed.
